We’ve had clients book just a week or two before their wedding. Feel free to ask us about our availability!
We require a $100 booking fee to lock in your date. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the event, including on the event day at the event location.
We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and credit cards. Payments via credit card can be made through our website, but please note that there is a 5% transaction fee for this method.
Yes, absolutely! We provide a contract for every booking and send it to you for review before your date is officially booked.

A $100 initial deposit is required to secure your wedding date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your event.
If you need to cancel, you may cancel up to one month before your event and receive a refund of all payments made, excluding the initial $100 deposit.
If another client requests your date after you have booked it, we will contact you first. At that point, you may choose to keep your date or release it. If you choose to release the date, you will receive a refund of all payments made except for the initial $100 deposit.

If you decide to cancel your appointment all together, you will lose your deposit.
We’ll first ask for your wedding ZIP code and let you know if a location or travel fee applies. Most weddings within the DFW area do not have a location fee, but it depends on your ZIP code.
For weddings, you’ll receive your photos within 4 weeks. For regular sessions, your photos also will be ready within 4 weeks from the session date.

Once we deliver your photos and videos, and you confirm that everything is complete, we consider the delivery finalized. After this point, we cannot guarantee that we’ll keep the files. However, in some cases, we may retain photos and videos for up to 3 months.

You have access to your online gallery for 3 months. After that, you can request a repeat access.

You’ll receive two links through your online gallery: one to view your photos and one to download them.
You can access and view your photos anytime through your private online gallery, and you can also download all of your high-resolution photos using the download link.

Yes, we can also deliver your photos and videos on a USB drive for an additional $50.

Yes! RAW photos are included in all of our packages.
RAW video footage is available for an additional fee. However, we recommend our Long Video Package, which includes an edited 40-minute to 1-hour wedding film, along with all of your RAW video footage at no additional cost.

No, our photos do not have a watermark.

Yes, you have full printing rights for your photos.

Absolutely! Before editing your wedding video, we’ll ask whether you’d like to choose the music yourself or use a song from our personal music library.
You’re welcome to choose from our curated selection or request a specific song you love.

Not at all! We are there to capture your entire wedding coverage according to the number of hours included in your package.
The 4–5 minute Highlight Video refers to the final edited film, not the amount of footage we record. We capture the important moments, details, emotions, behind-the-scenes moments, and highlights throughout your wedding day and beautifully edit them into a cinematic highlight video.

Our team includes Sara David, Paria Mansouri, and the Joyful Journeys Photography & Videography team. Depending on your package and availability, your wedding may be covered by Sara and David or by Paria Mansouri and our Joyful Journeys team.
Either way, you’ll have a professional team dedicated to capturing your special day beautifully.
