Yes! We offer a 50% discount for weddings happening before July 1st. After July 1st, the discount changes to 30%. The updated prices for weddings after July are:
• Silver Package: $980 (Regular $1,400)
• Gold Package: $1,400 (Regular $2,000)
• Diamond Package: $1,820 (Regular $2,600)

The discount is based on your wedding date, not the booking date. If your wedding is before July, you’ll still get 50% off. Let us know if you have any questions!

We’ve had clients book just a week or two before their wedding. Feel free to ask us about our availability!
We require a $100 booking fee to lock in your date. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the event, including on the event day at the event location.
We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and credit cards. Payments via credit card can be made through our website, but please note that there is a 10% transaction fee for this method.
Most of our clients book without a contract, but if you’d like one, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide it!

We require a $100 deposit to reserve your date. This deposit secures your booking in our calendar. Additionally, we ask for 50% of the total cost before the first shot begins. You can make this payment anytime before the event day, or even on the day itself before we start filming. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the end of the event and before we leave the venue.

We allow our clients to cancel up to one month before the event and receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the initial deposit. However, if a new client requests your date, we will ask you to provide an additional $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This is because we have received another inquiry for that day. At this point, you can decide whether you want to keep the date or not. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a refund of your payments, except for the initial $100 deposit.

If you decide to cancel your appointment all together, you will lose your deposit.
Yes, we are currently offering 50% off on all of our services.
Yes, we currently apply a location fee, as our packages are already heavily discounted by up to 50%. However, we may offer a discount or waive the fee for non-peak days or off-season events. If the standard package is still over your budget, you can choose our custom package options to adjust the cost to your needs.
For weddings, you’ll receive your photos within 2-3 weeks. For regular sessions, your photos will be ready within two weeks from the session date.
Once we deliver your photos and videos, and you confirm that everything is complete, we consider the delivery finalized. After this point, we cannot guarantee that we’ll keep the files. However, in some cases, we may retain photos and videos for up to 3 months.
You have access to your online gallery for 3 months. After that, you can request a repeat access.

your online gallery, provided by Pic Time, is a private website where all of your photos will be places for you to see and share.

Yes, we can also deliver your photos and videos on a USB drive for an additional $50.

Yes, we offer raw photos and videos for a flat fee of $30, which covers up to 30GB. If the total size exceeds 30GB, there’s an additional charge of $1 per extra GB. Let us know if you’d like to request them!

No, our photos do not have a watermark.

Not at all! We record throughout the event, capturing short clips the entire time we’re there. The final product for a highlight video is typically 2 to 4 minutes, depending on your package. If you’d like longer videos—for example, a full ceremony or complete dance footage—please let us know in advance, and we’ll tailor it to your needs.

This is one of our most frequently asked questions! Rest assured, we never outsource our work. Sara is always the photographer and will personally handle every session.

During peak days, mainly Saturdays, and sometimes Fridays or Sundays — we usually don’t offer 4-hour packages unless we’re not already booked. You’re welcome to check with us, but in most cases, you’ll need to choose from our 6-hour or 8-hour packages.
